Laura Hyatt
Meyta is a small, selective kennel of Borzoi in Michigan owned by Laura Hyatt. It began in 1976 with a self black female from Deljer Borzoi in Wisconsin. Since then Meyta has produced several specialty winning dogs at both the local and national levels.
As well as the show ring, Meyta Borzoi also excel in all areas of competition, such as lure coursing and obedience and triathlon. Meyta produces exceptional Borzoi with fantastic temperaments. Our goal is to produce Borzoi of sound body and mind. In 2003, Laura Hyatt was awarded the Midwest Borzoi Club Hall of Fame Breeder Award.
